Bcn Advisors, a real estate agency specialising in the luxury sector in Barcelona, has closed in April 2022 the sale of the most expensive apartment in the Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona, for a figure close to 4 million euros, which is over 8,500 euros per square metre. According to the most up-to-date data available in the Register, only 2 properties surpassed that price in the aforementioned district of Barcelona during the whole year 2021.

Transaction closed in record time

Furthermore, the sale and purchase was completed in record time.
